Overview
Finding and customizing the best travel options is time-consuming and overwhelming for users.
We built an AI-powered planner using CrewAI: users input their preferences, and a team of specialized agents instantly finds flights, builds itineraries, and offers smart recommendations.
Research
Travelers often find trip planning time-consuming and overwhelming, seeking faster and more personalized solutions. Current tools generally require multiple manual steps and lack seamless integration. This project uses collaborative AI agents to automate and simplify travel planning, delivering customized itineraries efficiently and tailored to individual preferences.
Results
Trip-planning time dropped from 1–2 hours to under 10 minutes thanks to fully automated flight search and itinerary generation.
91% of beta users rated the AI-created plans as “highly relevant,” saying the suggestions fit their interests and schedules perfectly.
Itineraries stayed within ±5% of each traveler’s stated budget while still including preferred airlines, lodging, and activities.
